Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
- Combine all meatloaf ingredients (except topping) in a bowl; mix gently.
- Form mixture into loaf shape and place in pan.
- Spread ketchup over top and sprinkle 2 tbsp Parmesan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve with sides of choice.
Notes
Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes at the end for extra golden crust.
