Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve hot with optional dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy wedges, soak potato wedges in cold water for 15–20 minutes before baking.
