Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place halved Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss to combine.
- Arrange Brussels sprouts flat-side down in a single layer.
- Roast 22–28 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For even crispier sprouts, use two baking sheets to avoid overcrowding.
