Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place halved Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and add garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss to combine.
  4. Arrange Brussels sprouts flat-side down in a single layer.
  5. Roast 22–28 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, topped with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For even crispier sprouts, use two baking sheets to avoid overcrowding.
