Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and sear 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions if not pre-cooked.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasoning.
- Return steak to skillet, toss with sauce and tortellini for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain creamy texture.
