Ingredients
  

Steak Tortellini
  • 1 lb beef steak thinly sliced, sirloin or ribeye
  • 1 package cheese tortellini 9–12 oz, fresh or refrigerated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and sear 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
  3. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions if not pre-cooked.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Return steak to skillet, toss with sauce and tortellini for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain creamy texture.
