Method
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and sear 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and remaining olive oil, sauté garlic (and red pepper flakes if using) for 30 seconds.
- Add cooked tortellini to skillet and toss in garlic butter. Return steak and combine gently.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, toss lightly, and serve hot.
Notes
Use thinly sliced steak for quick cooking and tender results.
