- Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Stir in marshmallows and molasses until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and spices.
- Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press mixture gently into prepared pan.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
- Let set for 30 minutes, slice, and serve.
Notes
Do not over-press the mixture to keep treats soft and chewy.
