Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Add milk to a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  3. Heat gently until steaming, not boiling.
  4. Stir in coconut oil or ghee until melted.
  5. Sweeten to taste and serve warm.

Notes

Strain before serving if using fresh ginger.
