  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  3. Gradually stir in almond flour until a thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture or serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste and use full-fat Greek yogurt for best texture.
