Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread flour on baking sheet and bake 5–7 minutes. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add cooled flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until smooth dough forms. Add optional milk or cream if desired.
- Fold in chocolate chips or other mix-ins.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes for firmer dough. Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 5 days.
Notes
