Ingredients
  

  • 3 firm apples cored and sliced into wedges
  • 6 slices prosciutto halved lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Equipment

  • Grill or grill pan
  • Tongs
  • Basting brush

Method
 

  1. Core and slice apples into thick wedges.
  2. Wrap each apple wedge with prosciutto.
  3. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Grill over medium heat 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from grill and drizzle with honey.
  6. Garnish with thyme and black pepper; serve warm.

Notes

Best served immediately while prosciutto is crisp.
