Ingredients
  

  • 3 apples cored and sliced into ½-inch wedges
  • 6-8 slices prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • to taste fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brush apple slices with olive oil.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill apple slices 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly softened.
  4. Wrap each grilled apple slice with prosciutto.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture; leftovers can be briefly reheated.
