Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add diced onion and cook for 3 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and dry pasta. Stir well.
- Cover and simmer 12–14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in spinach and heavy cream if using.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
- Serve garnished with fresh basil and extra Parmesan.

Adjust cream and cheese levels to preference; add extra veggies if desired.
