- Add oats, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until the batter is smooth.
- Let batter rest for 2–3 minutes.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour small portions of batter onto the pan.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve warm with toppings.
