Method
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C). If using oven, preheat to 325°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Add almond butter and honey, mixing until sticky dough forms.
- Roll mixture into 1/2 inch balls, flatten slightly if desired.
- Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway. Oven bake 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool completely on wire rack before serving or storing.
Notes
Cereal can be stored in airtight container for up to 5 days. Re-crisp in air fryer if needed.
