Ingredients
  

Cereal
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp almond butter or any nut/seed butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • pinch salt optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Air fryer
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C). If using oven, preheat to 325°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Add almond butter and honey, mixing until sticky dough forms.
  4. Roll mixture into 1/2 inch balls, flatten slightly if desired.
  5. Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway. Oven bake 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Cool completely on wire rack before serving or storing.

Notes

Cereal can be stored in airtight container for up to 5 days. Re-crisp in air fryer if needed.
