Ingredients
  

Chia Pudding Base
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Whisk almond milk, protein powder, cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until thickened.

Notes

Stir after 5 minutes to prevent clumping. Store up to 5 days in refrigerator.
