Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Brush dough with garlic butter.
  4. Top evenly with mozzarella, parmesan, and seasonings.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Slice into breadsticks and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara or garlic butter for dipping.
