Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
Topping
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let activate.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled.
  4. Roll dough and transfer to baking sheet.
  5. Brush with butter and add cheese topping.
  6. Bake until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce.
