Ingredients
  

Wafer Layers
  • 300 g gluten-free wafer sheets
  • 1 cup chocolate spread gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Chocolate Coating
  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk or dark, gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate spread and butter until smooth.
  3. Layer wafer sheets and spread thin chocolate filling between each layer.
  4. Chill the layered block until firm.
  5. Slice into bar shapes.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  7. Dip each bar into melted chocolate and coat fully.
  8. Chill until chocolate shell is set before serving.

Notes

Use thin, crispy gluten-free wafers and chill thoroughly for clean layers and the best crunch.
