- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate spread and butter until smooth.
- Layer wafer sheets and spread thin chocolate filling between each layer.
- Chill the layered block until firm.
- Slice into bar shapes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each bar into melted chocolate and coat fully.
- Chill until chocolate shell is set before serving.
