Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 20 egg roll wrappers

Method
 

  1. Cook pork with garlic and ginger.
  2. Add vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Cool filling and assemble egg rolls.
  4. Fry until golden and crispy.
