Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
  2. Mix flour, salt, yeast mixture, and olive oil.
  3. Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let dough rise until doubled.
  5. Shape dough into knots.
  6. Bake until lightly golden.
  7. Brush with garlic butter and garnish.

Notes

Best served warm.
