Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chopped nougat
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Double Decker Layers
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup melted chocolate
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  4. Fold in chopped nougat and chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Layer half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  6. Drizzle caramel and melted chocolate, then swirl lightly.
  7. Add remaining mixture and repeat layering and swirling.
  8. Freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm before serving.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat cream and avoid overmixing to keep the ice cream light and airy.
