- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Fold in chopped nougat and chocolate chips evenly.
- Layer half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Drizzle caramel and melted chocolate, then swirl lightly.
- Add remaining mixture and repeat layering and swirling.
- Freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm before serving.
Notes
For best texture, use full-fat cream and avoid overmixing to keep the ice cream light and airy.
