- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Dry bread cubes on a baking sheet for 15–20 minutes until crisp.
- Melt butter in skillet, sauté onion and celery until soft, about 8–10 minutes. Add garlic and herbs; cook 1 more minute.
- Combine bread cubes and sautéed vegetables in a large bowl. Add broth gradually, then stir in beaten eggs and parsley.
- Transfer to greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15–20 minutes more until golden brown.
Notes
To prepare ahead, assemble stuffing a day before and refrigerate; bake before serving.
