  • 4 fillets salmon 5–6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in baking dish and pour sauce over them. Add lemon slices.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes depending on thickness.
  5. Broil for 1–2 minutes for caramelization if desired.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of hot honey.
