Ingredients
  

Chicken Bites
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp parsley or green onion chopped

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken bites with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in the sticky sauce.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.

Notes

Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
