Method
- In a bowl, toss chicken bites with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in the sticky sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
