Method
- Season ribs with salt and pepper and place in a foil-lined baking dish.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, and chili flakes.
- Pour 3/4 of the sauce over ribs and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
- Thicken remaining sauce on the stove with cornstarch slurry, if desired.
- Brush ribs with sauce and broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize.
Notes
For extra sticky ribs, double the sauce. Finish on the grill for smoky flavor.
