Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots

Method
 

  1. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
  2. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Simmer sauce in skillet.

  5. Return shrimp and coat in sauce.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice and vegetables.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender and juicy.
