Dressing
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. Whisk lemon juice, zest, honey, mustard, and garlic.
  2. Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Shake before serving if separated.
