  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg large

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt shredded mozzarella until smooth.
  3. Mix almond flour and egg into cheese to form dough.
  4. Roll dough thin between parchment sheets.
  5. Cut into cracker shapes and season lightly.
  6. Bake until golden and crisp, then cool completely.
