  • 2 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken using sauté mode.
  2. Deglaze pot with broth and stir in honey mustard sauce.
  3. Pressure cook chicken until tender.
