Ingredients
  

Pork Chops & Vegetables
  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
Seasoning & Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • fresh parsley for garnish
  • lemon slices optional

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Set Instant Pot to Sauté. Add olive oil and sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the pot and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom to remove browned bits.
  5. Return pork chops to the pot and place green beans on top.
  6. Pressure cook on High for 8 minutes, then natural release for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Thicken sauce with cornstarch if desired.
