Method
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Set Instant Pot to Sauté. Add olive oil and sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Add butter and garlic to the pot and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom to remove browned bits.
- Return pork chops to the pot and place green beans on top.
- Pressure cook on High for 8 minutes, then natural release for 5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Thicken sauce with cornstarch if desired.
