Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables carrots, celery, zucchini, green beans

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, and other vegetables.
  3. Add tomatoes, broth, and seasonings.
  4. Simmer until vegetables are tender, garnish, and serve.
