- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a jumbo muffin tin with liners.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in diced peaches.
- Prepare streusel by mixing flour, sugar, and cinnamon, then cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Fill muffin cups ¾ full and top with streusel.
- Bake 23–27 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
You can use canned peaches if fresh ones are out of season — just drain them well.
