Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp green tea leaves
  • 0.25 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk whole milk preferred
  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil green tea with baking soda until reduced.
  2. Aerate tea and add cold water.
  3. Add milk and salt, simmer until pink.
  4. Strain and garnish before serving.

Notes

Do not add milk until tea base is fully brewed.
