  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage in skillet until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Sauté bell peppers and spinach lightly.

  5. Layer sausage, vegetables, and cheese in baking dish.
  6. Pour egg mixture evenly over ingredients.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until center is set.
