Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix in almond flour and garlic powder to form dough.
  4. Roll into rectangle and bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
  5. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain soft center texture.
