  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 0.75 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp powdered keto sweetener optional

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave until smooth.
  2. Whip cold heavy cream to soft peaks.
  3. Add sweetener if using and whip to medium peaks.
  4. Fold melted chocolate gently into whipped cream.
  5. Chill 30–60 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure chocolate is slightly cooled before folding into whipped cream.
