Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup collagen peptides unflavored
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 4 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vinegar.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until thick batter forms.
  5. Pour into loaf pan and smooth top.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Cool fully before slicing for best texture. Can be frozen up to 3 months.
