Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until thick batter forms.
- Pour into loaf pan and smooth top.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Cool fully before slicing for best texture. Can be frozen up to 3 months.
