Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts lightly and place in baking dish.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, spices, jalapeños, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Broil briefly if desired, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Remove jalapeño seeds for milder flavor.
