Ingredients
  

  • 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Sauté cubed potatoes in skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and water, then simmer until tender.
  3. Drizzle sesame oil and toss gently.
  4. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Do not overcook potatoes to maintain their shape.
