Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Divide rice into bowls and top with Korean ground beef mixture.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Add optional steamed vegetables.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
