- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, Earl Grey tea, and lavender.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and flatten slightly.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool completely on wire racks before serving.
Notes
Use culinary lavender only. Grind tea finely for best texture.
