- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear chicken skin-side down until golden.
- Flip chicken and add garlic and butter.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and chicken broth.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
