Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in skin-on
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear chicken skin-side down until golden.
  4. Flip chicken and add garlic and butter.
  5. Add lemon juice, zest, and chicken broth.
  6. Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.

Notes

Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
