Ingredients
  

Truffle Base
  • 10 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes unwrapped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
Coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or spoon
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Crush Christmas Tree Cakes into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crumbs with cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll into balls and freeze briefly.
  5. Dip in melted white chocolate and decorate.

Notes

Decorate immediately after dipping for best results.
