Ingredients
  

Chicken Shawarma
  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp ground turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Fries & Toppings
  • 4 large russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup garlic sauce
  • 0.25 cup tahini sauce
  • 0.25 cup pickled red onions
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken to coat and marinate.
  2. Soak cut potatoes in cold water, drain, dry, toss with oil and salt.
  3. Bake fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes until crispy.
  4. Cook marinated chicken in a hot skillet until cooked through and lightly charred.
  5. Slice chicken into strips.
  6. Layer fries with chicken, drizzle sauces, and garnish with onions and parsley.

Notes

Add sauces just before serving to keep fries crisp.
