Ingredients
  

Fries
  • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Cheese Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 pinch salt
Toppings
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Bake or air fry fries until crispy and golden.
  2. Toss fries with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour to form a roux.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Place fries on a serving plate and drizzle with cheese sauce.
  7. Drizzle ranch dressing over the fries and garnish with green onions.
