Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
Pasta & Sauce
  • 12 oz pasta penne or fettuccine
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Colander

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and sear chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the same pan.
  4. Add heavy cream and parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  5. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and seasonings, then simmer.
  6. Add pasta and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  7. Slice chicken and return to the pan before serving.

Notes

For extra richness, add a splash of white wine before the cream.
