Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Feta Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup cucumber grated and squeezed
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh or dried
Assembly
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes sliced
  • 0.5 red onion thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Coat chicken with marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Combine yogurt, cucumber, feta, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and dill to make the tzatziki.
  4. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  5. Let chicken rest and slice into strips.
  6. Warm pita breads until soft.
  7. Spread feta tzatziki on pita and add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.
  8. Wrap and serve immediately.
