Ingredients
  

Mediterranean Salmon
  • 1.25 lb salmon fillets skin removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
Assembly
  • 8 tortillas small

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with olive oil, garlic, spices, and lemon.
  2. Cook salmon in skillet until flaky.
  3. Mix tzatziki sauce ingredients.
