  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper to taste
Creamy Parmesan Topping
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup sour cream optional
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place in baking dish.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over chicken breasts.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra color, if desired. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter version or add breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
