Method
- Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets and pound if needed.
- Place mozzarella on one end of each chicken strip and roll tightly.
- Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and optional breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken bomb in the mixture.
- Sear in a skillet with oil until golden on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra melty centers, use whole mozzarella sticks rather than shredded cheese.
